With a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Traci Kasparian began her career in sales and real estate after reducing her hours treating patients in private practice and teaching at an area college to focus on starting a family. The transition to sales and real estate several years ago was an easy one, as she has been able to combine her experience in Psychology and Education with being a Realtor®. After several years in Real Estate, each more successful than the last, she opened Real Living Lifetime Real Estate and began building her own superior team of real estate professionals who, from diverse yet complimentary backgrounds, had developed a similar vision of what real estate should truly be about: ethics, integrity, genuine care & courtesy, understanding & empathy, listening, building solid relationships, business savvy, and most importantly providing the highest quality of customer care. Real estate is about people not just houses & that forward-thinking has been paramount to her successful career.
Among Traci's accolades in business and real estate over the years, she was awarded an Ambassador's Circle award in 2005 for sales volume from the Boston Broker's Council of ERA Real Estate. As a young entrepreneur, she was honored as a member of the Who's Who Registry of Rising Young Americans in Society and Business.
Traci is a nationally known lecturer and sales trainer. She has lectured on such topics as coping with life transitions, parenting teenage children, career motivation and coaching, business skill building, and improving interpersonal communication. For three years as a sales trainer and organizational training consultant, Traci coached professional sales agents about the psychology of selling, the art of negotiation, and business skill building.
Traci is a lifelong central Massachusetts resident where she lives with her husband, Glenn, son Nicholas Vincent, and two Yorkshire Terrier puppies, Ally & Emily.
